As much as I love makeup and all that jazz , I love my skin more. If you’ve been following me for a while you know I don’t play when it comes to my skin. I reviewed EMMA HARDIE MORINGA CLEANSING BALM a months ago ( Its still on my favourite list). I decided to treat my skincare cabinet with the professional cleansing cloths because I heard a lot of great things about it.

The professional cleansing cloth was created to use in conjunction with Emma Hardie’s cleansing balm.  The reason its called a dual action cleansing cloth is because the cloth has two different side. One side is baby bum soft that can be used over sensitive areas like the eyes. I usually use it to remove mascara and sometimes eye makeup ( I apply the cleansing balm then use the flannel to wipe it off). The other side of the cloth is a bit more abrasive ( its like a gentle exfoliating texture) that makes it easier to take off makeup on my face but at the same time “polishing” my skin.

Its durable compared to the Liz Earle cleansing cloth , the Emma Hardie cloth lasts longer and is easy  to wash.
The cloth leaves my skin really soft and polished without feeling like i’ve over scrubbed my skin. I only use the cloth at night because my morning skincare routine is really simple and light I don’t feel the need to use the cloth.

Hey everyone

I pre recorded two tutorials before I left London for Nigeria because I knew I would not have time to post  tutorials. If you’re new to the blog *welcome* I announced I was going to be moving to Nigeria before the end of the year. I’m currently in Abuja ( its so freaking hot *phew) trying to set up and settle down properly. As usual I miss home but I know i’ll be fine soonish. I had a bridal client in Lagos and let me just say MY BRIDE WAS AWESOME. She was zero drama bride, she was so calm and happy it was unreal.

Oh!!!!! My work got featured in WOW magazine ( It’s a very famous Nigeria magazine). I guess its safe to say things are working out.

I hope everyone is doing great.

Talk to you soon

You know when you’re excited about reviewing a product and you don’t know where to even start. That’s how I feel about this powder I received from my makeup mentor over the summer.

Jurlique rose silk finishing power is a “ translucent facial powder with precious botanicals designed to minimise oiliness and shine, to help skin feel smooth and look radiant” . I don’t know what else to add but this is on good translucent powder especially for my dark skin. I’ve never had a good experience with translucent powders because of the white cast it leaves on my skin.

This Jurlique powder on the other hand has changed the way I feel about translucent powders. I’m not saying this does not have a white cast on my skin but compared to powders i’ve tried before, it’s way better. I apply the powder with a fluffy dome powder brush.

The powder definitely leaves the skin smooth and radiant but does not really minimise oiliness or shine. I need to blot my skin after 2 hours of application ( which to be honest is normal for me but I was expecting more).

The powder enhances my complexion and does not make my skin look cakey.

As for the packing of the Jurlique powder ; I LOVE it. Its a classic powder case with a power puff & mirror. It’s not the most handbag friendly powder case but I you all know I don’t carry powder in my bag.

HAIR TALK | Carols Daughter TUI (Moisturising) range

Yes!!!! the title you read is real....I’m talking about HAIR today and don’t ask why ;). For some odd reason I just feel like blogging about hair products and the current situation with Fluffy ( If you’re new to this blog, I call my hair fluffy). Between January 2012 and June 2013 my hair has been on a roller coaster ride ( Henna dye, drug store hair dye the henna dye again....apparently you’re not suppose to use package hair dye on hair that has Henna on it O_o ) plus I’ve not had a steady routine which lead to me getting  2 inches of my hair cut off in summer ( May).

Fast forward to today.......My hair has grown back alot and is way healthier than I expected. I’ll probably book an appointment with my hair dresser for a trim before I move to Nigeria.

Now let’s talk about my new STEADY routine for fluffy using the Carols Daughter TUI range

*TUI ( Moisturising ) Hair oil
Richly Moisturizing Hair And Scalp Oil That Nourishes And Adds Shine
  • Corn Oil deeply moisturizes areas of your hair and scalp that are extra dry
  • Calendula Extract helps add natural movement and softness back into your hair
  • Safflower Oil protects your hair and scalp from the environment which can cause dryness
  • Contains a sweet and invigorating tropical scent for an uplifting fragrance experience

Adds a layer of extra moisture to replenish and maintain your hair’s natural balance. The blend of Calendula Extract and Safflower Oil works to make hair softer and more flexible so it’s easier to style with a high-shine finish. Perfect as a pre-shampoo or hot oil treatment in the shower.
PLUS, No Parabens, No Petroleum, No Mineral Oil, No Artificial Colors
MY OPINION | I’m not sure why I got this oil but I’m glad I did because its the perfect oil for my Pre-poo ( Pre Shampoo). For fluffy this is not an ideal “moisturising” oil but it leaves my hair really soft & shiny after I use the TUI shampoo. I also like it use for Hot oil treatments before I shampoo my hair. It helps soothe my scalp when I have plaits without leaving any build up.

*TUI ( Moisturising) Shampoo
Moisturizing Sulfate-free Shampoo That Adds Shine And Softness
  • • Aloe Leaf Juice richly moisturizes your hair
  • • Sweet Clover Extract helps soften hair so it’s more manageable
  • • Rose Extract helps to add a boost of shine
  • • Contains a sweet and invigorating tropical scent for a soothing fragrance experience

Gently cleanses and restores your natural moisture without adding weight to your hair. The blend of Aloe Leaf Juice and Sweet Clover Extract hydrates your hair so it’s more soft and manageable with a lot more natural shine. Perfect for normal-to-dry hair types that no longer want to be dull and dehydrated.
PLUS, No Parabens, No Petroleum, No Mineral Oil, No Artificial Colors
  • Botanically infused and tropically fragranced
  • Rich conditioning properties provide moisturizing nourishment
  • Scalp-soothing combination of Lavender, Rose, Calendula, Nettle and Red Clover
  • NO Parabens, Petroleum, Mineral Oil or Artificial Color
  • MY OPINION | I’m not even going to lie but I hated this shampoo at first.......but after experimenting with it a couple of times I realised it was not tooooooooo bad . I did not like it at first because I had been using the Giovanni Tea tree shampoo for some years and got use to the results it gave me. The TUI shampoo is nothing like the Giovanni shampoo, it cleans my hair without it feeling too dry and dehydrated. It works better with the TUI hair oil leaving my hair moisturised, soft and makes it easy to detangle. I don’t know if it’s too soon to say but i’ve noticed an improvement with my erratic scalp situation.

    *TUI ( Moisturising) Hair smoothie

A deeply moisturizing hair treatment that instantly takes hair from dry, coarse and unmanageable to conditioned, smooth and soft.
Deeply moisturizes to rescue extra dry and dull hair. The rich blend of Shea Butter and Pro-vitamin B5 intensely conditions your hair so it has a healthy texture and natural shine. Quickly absorbs into your hair so you’ll notice an immediate difference and hair will not get weighed-down.
PLUS, No Parabens, No Petroleum, No Mineral Oil, No Artificial Colors
MY OPINION | This is my favourite out of the TUI moisturising range. It restores the moisture back into my hair like a dream. I use this smoothie every two weeks as a deep conditioner, I apply a small amount to chunky sections working it from root to tip. I can literally feel my hair rejoicing (just joking) but seriously its a GOOD conditioner that leaves my hair nice and stingy. It does not weigh my hair down like other deep conditioners i’ve used before. I always do the herbal essence scene in the shower when I rinse out the conditioner ( Ok that was TMI). Did I mention it smells nice compared to the hair oil and & shampoo ( I hate hair products that have strong smells).

Overall, I like the Carols Daughter TUI ( Moisturising ) range and would recommend to everyone but FYI this is more like a luxury hair brand because LADIES this stuff is not CHEAP.

As for my UK residents you can find some of the Carols Daughter range at Harrods ( I know right HARRODS of all department stores #rollseyes).
The rest of the world  Google is your friend ;)

Happy Independence Day to my fellow Nigerians #wavesflag

Woow I can’t believe we are in October already, the year has gone by so quickly. I decided to create a dramatic look because I noticed I don’t really have any dramatic tutorials. I featured goodies I got from the Illamasqua Sacred hour collection  . I really love the velvet blush in Peaked, its an odd cream blush with a powder finish. The blush and lipstick are my current favourites especially now that the weather is cloudy and dull. I hope you enjoy watching the tutorial xxx

It's about time I reviewed one of my favourite matte makeup primer for myself and professional kit. "What's a matte makeup primer/base”?

Its bascially a product you apply to your skin before foundation. I personally like the purpose of primers because it makes the application of powder or foundation easier and flawless. The No 7 Beautifully matte primer is an amazing drug store primer that does exactly what its suppose to do expect improve blemishes ( I really hate when companies try to over hype their products) Just stick to the matte story please.

Moving on, the makeup base actually helps to stop shine but only for 6 hours before I feel the need to blot my skin. I don’t believe a primer can stop shine “all day” ( its a marketing trick). However, I think this drug store primer is perfect compared to alot of luxury brand primers today. It makes my makeup look flawless and fresh. Matte primers are for people with combination to oily skin. Alot of my clients end up buying or taking the primers from me when i’m done with their makeup.

Two weeks ago, I was invited to Illamasqua's PRO event in their flagship store ( Beak Street London) to preview their new collection THE SACRED HOUR and the new Skin base lift concealer. As you all know I’ve been a fan of Illamasqua from day one ( Yes i’m biased because its a British brand). The brand is NOT your average makeup brand, its a brand that constantly brings something fresh to the table.
Although this collection did not get as much hype as their previous collection, I actually like more from this collection than the last one. The makeup from this collection is very stunning and I love how simple yet deep the looks are.

At the event I got to network with fellow makeup artists who were really nice and pleasant. David Horne ( This man is a GENIUS and I always learn so much from him)  the product developer and director of Illamasqua, tried the Skin base concealer in Dark 2 underneath my eyes to brighten the area. He applied hydra veil under my eyes to rehydrate the area then went on to apply the skin base concealer with a fluffy blending brush. As you can see from the picture below, the concealer instantly brightens my under eye area without the cakey feeling.

    Left side with concealer.

The Sacred hour - Facet nail polish *love this one

The Sacred hour- Hemlock nail polish

L-R Velvet blush- Sleek, Reflection palette & Velvet blush - Peaked

An Illamasqua event will never be complete without a goody bag, the products I received are exactly what I would have bought from the collection + the Facet nail polish. The Lipstick is called SHARD and the velvet blush PEAKED.  I’m yet to try the blush but I intend to use it in my next tutorial. On the other hand I’ve been rocking the lipstick alot. SHARD is a red violet matt finish lipstick ( For some reason it reminds me of Ribena).

*AD pictures are from the Illamasqua facebook page.

I recorded this a couple of days after Eid but I’ve not had time to sit and edit the video properly. Anywoo, I hope you all enjoy and find the tutorial useful. The lighting was a bit off but i’ll fix it before the next video. I’ve been thinking about closing the facebok page because I hardly ever use it and alot of my readers are now on instagram @halimabepo. Do you think I should just leave the page or close it?

Guess who got a practitioners diploma in GW Beautiful Brows™ & eyes? I’ve wanted to do a proper Brow course for over a year but I could not find the perfect course that was recognised by a good professional body. I asked around but everyone was hoarding information from me ( I think they were scared of my greatness ;) ).

Long story short I found the perfect Brow course #happydance. As you all know I have a thing for brows and learning how to do they professionally was my 2013 aim. Apart from offering makeup services, I want to be able to offer my clients the latest beauty treatments on the market. The brows frame our face and if you don’t wear a full face of makeup, grooming your brows will make a huge difference. The GW Beautiful Brows™is a professional 8 step technique used to achieve perfectly groomed brows with a natural finish. The course also had a bonus Eyelash tint course which was super duper awesome because I acquired an extra skill.

The course is located off tottenham court road (West end) at a modern beauty studio. The tutor has had over 10 years experience and provided us with all the tools we used in class. Another bonus was that only two out of six people ( including myself) showed up for class. I was so happy the rest of the class did not show up because we got EXTRA attention from the tutor and she gave us SOOOOO much information it was unreal. I quickly got the hang of threading and waxing on the model which boosted my confidence.

You know the feeling you get when you've really wanted to do something for a VERY long time and you FINALLY do it. I feel like I’ve achieved something really BIG.

Ok I’m talking too much..........I’ll stop very soon :). Anyway, I just wanted to update you on things that have been happening in my world and skills i’ve added to my portfolio.

    Have a great week

Let’s just keep this short and simple......If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love my black liquid liner. Liquid eyeliner has been a staple in my makeup bag since secondary school. I got into so much trouble for wearing liquid liner but the stubborn child in me refused to listen. The Inglot liquid eyeliner is definitely the best liquid eyeliner i’ve tried and repurchased.  You can find Inglot ONLINE or at Westfield Whitecity branch.
The applicator is a soft pointy felt-tip pen that applies the liquid liner extremely well. You can apply sharp thin and thick lines as close to the lash line as possible. The liquid is a matte jet black finish and glides on smooth without leaving gaps. The liquid eyeliner is not waterproof so don’t expect it to stay on when you cry or get soaked in the rain. The liquid eyeliner is going to be my go to liner for a very long time. I wish Inglot will  make a waterproof version or maybe I should suggest it to them.

PHEW ! finally I recorded a makeup tutorial. I’ve really missed recording tutorials but I needed to enjoy the heat wave and concentrate on ramadan. I’ve been back from Nigeria for a while and I have to say I had a really good time. I visited Benue state and Port harcourt. Nigeria is such a beautiful place and I wish people would just explore it more.

I’ve gotten a really good tan this summer and clearly I’ve used colours  inspired by the heat. I decided to try two different lip colour options for this tutorial. Its interesting to see how a simple lip colour can transform a look. I enjoyed creating this because it can be worn at any time of the day depending the occasion.
    Red lips Vs neutral lips

Make Up For Ever | HD primer
Lancôme | Teint Idole Ultra foundation #13
Make Up for Forever | Full cover concealer #14
MAC | Mineralise skinfinish Natural -Dark
Make up For Ever | Brow corrector # (discontinued)
MAC | Ambering Rose & Breezy blush
MAC | Blunt contour powder Mix with Iman cosmetics | Sheer finish bronzing powder

NARS | Pro prime eyeshadow primer
Inglot | e/s Amc shine #25 (yellow gold)
Inglot | e/s amc shine #10 (shimmer peach)
    MAC | e/s Red brick
    la Femme | Senna blush
Make Up For Ever | e/s True brown #162
    Inglot liquid liner | Black
    Maybelline | Gel liner #Black

    Option 1
    MAC | Chestnut pencil lipliner
    MAC | Resolutely red lipstick
    MAC | Film Noir lipstick

    Option 2
Make Up For Ever | Lab shine gloss #S2

I personally prefer the neutral gloss but then again I’ve always loved my natural lip colour......which colour do you like ?

I seriously cannot believe its August....where did time go? I have so much on my plate this month its crazy. I hope you are all doing well? Its the last couple of days before we round up ramadan 2013 :) .

Anywoo I posted this picture below on instagram talking about Dilke ( Traditional kanuri scrub adopted from the Sudanese and birthed in India originally). If you did not know my mum is half kanuri, half hausa so now you understand why i’m beauty obsessed ( To my non Nigerian readers, Maiduguri women are well known for their passion for anything beauty related ). I asked my followers on insta if they wanted to see my recipe ( well technically its my grandmothers recipe but HEY) and a few people were very interested :).
Turmeric powder is popularly used for brides -to- be as it gives the brides skin a golden glow before her wedding. Turmeric scrub also known as Kurkum in Kanuri is used to scrub the bride 2-3 times a week before their wedding. Some brides start this beautification ritual weeks or months before their wedding. Its usually done by local beauticians or over excited aunts/grannies #rollseyes.

The treatment helps to brighten their complexion, giving them a more even skin tone. The skin care benefits of turmeric includes the treatment of acne blemishes , removal of black heads (No joke it works with regular use), dark spots, hyper pigmentation.

Even though I’m not a bride- to- be, I enjoy looking after my skin & hair. Also because of the natural yogurt, honey and lemon used for the scrub, your skin over time becomes really soft and luminous #winkwink at future brides.

1 cup - Natural yogurt or Milk
    1/2 cup - Turmeric
    1/3 cup - Organic honey
1/4 cup - Fresh lemon juice or lime juice

*This measurement is enough for 2-3 uses and can be used on the face if its not sensitive.

    * Its recommended to use the scrub after a shower. Don’t apply any body oils or lotions before hand.

*Mix all four ingredients into a bowl.

*I did not need to add water as the measurements gave me the right consistency.

*I usually do this in the bath and avoid using white towls as turmeric leaves a yellow stain.

*Rub and scrub the paste on all parts of the body in circular motions. If you’re going to use this on your face please avoid eye area.

    * Leave the paste to dry on the skin for 30 minutes.

*Rinse with warm water and towel the body.

*Follow with your favourite body oil. *I mix my body oil with traditional perfume known as humrah but you can use any body mist you own.

*Make sure you use sunsreen if you have too leave the house. I usually do my scrubs at night because our skin naturally rejuvenates while we sleep.

So thats it ladies, I hope this post comes in handy for all brides-to-be. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send me a message using the contact form on the top right corner.

Eek i’ve not blog about my hair in such a long time :) but to be honest my hair routine is pretty basic. I’m not crazy about length ( I never let my grow pass my shoulders but I trying to over come my love for scissors). I was not sure about this blog post because it was kind of a fail and a successful deep treatment.

I love anything coconut for my hair and skin because it penetrates my hair/scalp/skin without leaving me greasy. I decided to experiment with creamed coconut I got from my local ASDA grocery store for £0.74.  My hair was in plaits for almost two weeks and due to the heat wave my scalp got really dry and irritated so I wanted a treatment that was really heavy and creamy hence creamed coconut.

    Separated creamed coconut.

    1/2 cup of Creamed coconut
1/2 cup of Aubrey honeysuckle rose conditioner *You can use any conditioner of your choice
1 drop of Lemon essential oil
3 drops of Peppermint essential oil
2 drops of tea tree essential oil
Cling film to wrap the hair

*This measurement was enough for my hair length, you can adjust it to you needs.

Mix all the ingredients in a disposable plastic bowl
    Shampoo hair
    Condition and detangle hair
After rinsing out conditioner, apply creamed coconut treatment to detangled sections
Wrap hair with cling film for deep condition
Leave for as long as you want
Rinse hair and style as usual.

The results of the DC was fantastic, it left my hair feeling healthy, soft, shiny and bouncy. The fail bit about the DC was the coconut bits in hair OMG I did not realise the cream had bits in it #EPIC FAIL. I tried to rinse it out but it was not working. So like an intelligent lady I  let the hair air dry completely. Then later applied Giovanni’s spray leave-in conditioner ( its a water based leave-in/ heat protector), Tigi cherry almond leave-in conditioner and finally giovanni anti frizz serum ( Yes it sounds like alot of product but I wanted a smooth blow dry and coconut free hair). I set my blow drier on the lowest heat and used a paddle brush to stretch out my hair.

AND boom just like that my hair was coconut free and silky smooth. I put my hair in chunky twists and called it a night. Its ramadan season and I don’t have time to waste on styling my hair.

I don’t know about you all but i’m over this miraculous HEAT WAVE in the UK. I know I should not complain but this country is not well equipped for this kind of heat #phewwe. Anywoo lets get into why we are here in the first place. I’m clearly the kind of lady that will never stop being fussy about her skin. At the start of the summer season my skin was going through a dry patchy phase because I was on strong antibiotics for a long time. Caroline Hirons ( Yes her again) mentioned this serum moisture booster in her interview with the pixiwoo sisters. So I obviously popped by Boots to get the cure to my annoying dry skin.

The product is manufactured by Indeeds Labs and is sold exclusively at Boots pharmacy UK. Its a serum that was created to boost the moisture levels of your skin AND THATS IT. The hyaluronic acid is deprived from raw materials and organic solvent (Amen to that...way to many animal tested products).
Long story short I love this product because it does EVERYTHING is says, leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple. It does not leave my skin feeling heavy or sticky, and because of this my face moisturiser/target treatment serums  adhere to my skin better allowing my makeup application to look better than normal. I also used it while I was on holiday in Nigeria and can I just mention how beautiful and glowy my skin looked.  I only use a pea sized amount for my face and neck, leave it to sink into my skin for one minute before I apply my dark spot treatment and moisturiser.
I also tried it on my clients with mature skin and dry skin, they were so pleased with the results that I had to order so more of the serum for them. If you’re a makeup artist, I highly recommend you add this to your kit ( You will not regret it I PROMISE). You know when you fly, your skin becomes dry this would really help hydrate your skin way better that cream moisturisers. If like me you thread your brows this serum helps soothe the area, I know that’s not what its meant for but hey there are no rules in this situation.

I highly recommend this to everyone who is experiencing dehydration and dry patches.

    Thats all I have to say...........BYE :)

    Morning everyone,

This post is totally not beauty related but I feel I need to blog about it because its an issue that really makes me sick. If you’re new to my blog ( Hello Welcome) My name is Halima Bepo and I’m Nigerian. The last few day have been really disgusting because the senates of Nigeria are trying to make child marriage legal ( God forbid they succeed).

I’m going to make this simple and short ..............Please join me, the citizens of Nigeria and the world stop this law from being passed. These men are trying to legalise child marriage and I as a WOMAN and Nigerian will not stand for it. I refuse to allow such laws be passed. I not will stand and let our young girls be treated like salves in their own country, I will not stand and let old men impose their perverted ways on our young girl. I will not allow my unborn daughters & nieces be witnesses to such horrible laws in the 21st century.

We cant sit and let our baby girls suffer in the hands of criminals. Please share the petition with your co-workers, friends and family. Together we can stop this foolishness and focus on more pressing issues the world faces today.

Also please read Maryam Uwais ’s powerful article on the issue : Senetor yerima and Constitutional review

Thank you all for your continued support and my God reward you dearly.

    Ramadan Mubarak.

I’ve been itching to review this product but life keeps getting in the way ( wipes sweat). I ordered the cleanser from  for £14.95. I discovered this cleanser via at @thisthatbeauty  and @style&beautydoctor when I was planning my new skincare regime. I use the cleanser 2-3 times a week as suggested on the bottle. Its a deep exfoliating cleanser that helps reduce discolouration, exfoliates my skin especially when i’ve been wearing makeup all week.

Its a herbal based cleanser with chamomile extracts that helps to soothe breakouts. I particularly enjoy using this product because a little goes a long way and it does not strip or over dry my skin. It foams really well leaving my skin really soft and radiant. Over time my pores have reduced in size and I’ve noticed I hardly get blackheads around my nose and forehead ( I’m prone to blackheads than whiteheads). Its also helped reduced scars on my skin over time. The cleanser is NOT for everyday use because using a glycolic cleanser everyday is not ideal for your skin. The cleanser is like a clarifying wash, so basically its a product you use to remove excess build up and dead skin cells. This is definitely going to be in my skincare routine for years to come.

Some time in May I posted a haul about the Emma Hardie cleansing balm before I went on a trip to Nigeria ( I had a good time incase you were wondering :) ). If you read my HAUL post, you know I got this after I posted my skin care favourites. Although this was not featured in the video, this product would have definitely made it to the list. Let me just say my skin was doing good but because of Caroline Hirons recommendations on youtube I was curious to try something new.

I’m 100% glad I got the cleansing balm, its a very unique product compared to all the junk i’ve tried in the past. The balm has alot of natural ingredients and its refreshing to see a brand that’s not chemical crazy.

The Moringa cleansing balm is silky thick creamy texture that melts when its massaged into the skin. I use the balm for my night routine because it removes all my makeup including eye makeup without over drying my skin. The reason why I use it mainly at night is because I can double cleanse my face ( Double cleansing means washing your face twice) without me worrying about my skin getting irritated. Since I started using the balm, i’ve eliminated eye makeup removers from my routine and honestly i’m glad I did. The gentle cleansing balm is prefect for people with sensitive skin as it does not have any harsh ingredients.

The balm is super hydrating and leaves my skin soft and refreshed. It has an amazing relaxing smell that makes me feel like i’m getting a spa facial. The balm has helped improve the texture of  my skin, reduced  the appearance of my pores and so far reduced my breakouts ( the presence of orange and neroli helps prevent breakouts and calms the skin during my special lady visits).  The balm is definitely going to last me a long time as you only need a pea sized amount. I use the Emma Hardie wash cloths ( review of the cloths soon) to clean off the balm by soaking it in warm water, squeezing out the excess and wiping my whole face, eyes & neck area.

This cleanser does not tighten my skin and removes makeup better than any product i’ve ever tried. The balm retails for £34 at Space N K  which is where I purchased my cleanser. Although this a UK brand, It can also be found online at Beauty bay (International shipping available) and Bath & Unwind.
The only issue I have is the packaging, my lid cracked and the tub is too bulky. I like my containers to be simple and space friendly. Travelling with this was a pain as it took up too much space in my toilet bag. Also the heat in Nigeria was not helping matters because the balm melted and leaked alot.

But apart from that, this is an excellent product for every skin type, young, mature woman ( and man).
