I hope everyone is having a good week? I'm back from my mini holiday ( I went home nothing fancy) and I am still very excited / relaxed so I decided to take advantage of my relaxed mood before it goes down hill.
Its amazing how a thin black line can transform/ brighten up your look.I personally love liners, It was the first makeup item I owned as a teenage ( according to my memory it was a maybelline pen liner). From the picture above, liners come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, textures, formulas and so on. If you love colour on your eyes but cannot seem to figure out the whole full on eyeshadow business, liners are the way forward for you. Even though I have already done a tutorial just using liners, I was thinking of doing a more colourful/ playful summer look (All in favour say "I" ).
Hopefully this mini guide is useful to you.

Hope you are all doing great? I'm just passing by to say HELLO. I'm enjoying my mini easter break and
I should be back to full time blogging when all the school madness is over.
I ordered my graduation gown and hat, I cannot believe I'm almost done with school (mixed feelings).
I get so nervous everytime I think about going into the real world #yikes
Anywoo till my next proper beauty blog post

One of my favourite youtube gurus passed away last week and every time I remember Ali AKA QueenBmakeup I try not to cry. Ali was one of the first makeup gurus I watched when my MU craze started and its sad because I never got to meet her in person. I remember the first youtube message I sent her asking her about blush and when she replied I was super excited (lol). I learnt so much from just watching her tutorials and her death really made realise how short life is. I'm glad she got to share her talent with the world.
I just wanted to share with you ladies Ali's art and beauty.

I totally forgot about this post in my draft +I'm not sure what exactly I used on my face because it looks
mighty NOICE. All I remember doing is buffing the hell out of tinted moisturiser & mineralise skinfinish
to give me that glowy finish. I miss my spotless clear skin, now the stress of school has ruined it. O well
I'm almost done and as soon as I'm done its back to rehab (Self detox). Hope you are all doing great?

|L-R purple promise and Olive|
I totally forgot about "swatch sunday" series #sowi. Just incase you did not know, accessorize launched
a makeup line recently. So I picked up two shadows just incase it turned out to be ^&(^$#@ but I was
very pleased with them . I cannot remember exactly how much the shadows were but it was under five
pounds . The swatches really say it all (No primer or colour base) Personally I cannot slam the shadows,
the colour payoff is what I call "what you see is what you get". I did not notice any fallout and the
creamy texture of the shadows makes it very easy to blend. Another bonus is the packaging "uber cute" I
love butterflies so even if the shadows disappointed me I will still be happy with the cute packaging (I
know i'm silly). I'm very wary of jewellery / clothing companies who venture into makeup because
99.9% of the time its a #FAIL. If you have been looking for cheaper alternatives in terms of eyeshadow,
this brand is worth it.
Question of the day: Do you prefer individual pictures of the product or the collage picture above?
Have a great week :)

I miss this blog so please scrap what ever I said about concentrating on UNI work and yada yada yada. Anywoo I'm going to start another series called "I ♥" which is basically going to be
about stuff I'm dangerously in love with #teehee. I'm not sure how often I will be posting about things I
♥ but at the moment there are a lot of things I love. O one more thing any thing I post about "I ♥" will
have a mini review.
First off is the lipstick I have made so much noise about in the last couple of days and I think my friends
are ready to tape my lips if I mention the MAC RUBY WOO lipstick. Since I recently recovered from
"do not give into the hype syndrome" I decided that I will not buy anything based on "hype" but this
was hunting my soul I tell you #lol.
Ruby woo is a matte creamy lipstick . Its definitely an all skin tone friendly colour because I have seen it
on the palest (is this a word) to the darkest skin tone. I would advice using a lip balm & lipliner before
applying the lipstick. The lipliner would prevent the lipstick from bleeding (moving). The lipstick applies
really well and depending on how intense you want the colour to be I would also advice applying it with
a light hand as the colour payoff in hella GOOD. I added MAC's reflect glitter in reflects RUST to the
centre of my lip to give it that extra DRAMA #lol. One last good thing about the lipstick is that it last
really long ( I had a 3 course meal plus topped up at burger king and MY o MY were my lips still
So that is about all I have to say about what I ♥.
