FLUFFY:Hair update

My hair is thin and breaking like no mans business. I personally thought I was going bald but the doctor claims I am stressed. To be honest I was stressed but I have never experienced excess hair shedding. My hair is my crown, so you can only imagine how sad I am. I was very close to doing another BC but a friends loctician advised me to try Jamaican black castor oil to help with the shedding, thinning  and regrowth. For now I am sticking with normal plaits. Between I am never ever ever trying braids again, its not for me (PERIOD). Ok I think thats all I have to say for now, will keep you ladies updated.

PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.THANK YOUUUU.

  1. Breaking hair is a problem I face too. But, I have found a remedy that is gradually working:

Use dense natural oils (castor or olive work) and honey to deep condition weekly.

I do this in addition to my regular routine. The thing is, this restores life to your hair and prevents breakage.

Manipulate your hair as LITTLE as possible too. If only I will follow this to the tee...sigh* (I have the hand-in-hair disease).

Keep up with your routine if everything else is working for you.

  2. I have stopped deep conditioning every week to avoid combing the hair all the time. Its been ages since i used honey and castor in my hair but will search my stash of hair products. I currently just do plain plaits with my hair every 2 weeks.Thank you will keep you posted.
